General Anaesthesia & Deep Sedation
Whether the clinic documents treatment under general anaesthesia or deep / twilight sedation — "sleep dentistry", where the patient is asleep and unaware (does not feel, see, or hear the procedure). Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.
- ✗ General anaesthesia / deep sedation (sleep dentistry) — No general anaesthesia or deep sedation documented The site publishes sedation with nitrous oxide (didušikov oksid); the patient stays awake, so it does not meet the general-anaesthesia or asleep-and-unaware bar. [s1]
Summary
Celje flagship of the DIAMANT chain (also present in Ljubljana), with a large Google review base. A patient review specifically names dr. dent. Luka Tepeš as "highly skilled". Offers implants, All-on-4, orthodontic appliances, oral surgery and nitrous-oxide sedation.

Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-09-30 | Presence on other review platforms re-checked on 2026-09-30 against WhatClinic and Dental Departures: no profile on either, so it is now recorded as absent; the earlier value had no platform behind it. |
| 2026-09-29 | Checked TripAdvisor's own search and re-read the clinic's website: no TripAdvisor listing and no TripAdvisor link on the site. |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read on 2026-09-17: the clinic's shared price and services pages (with the Ljubljana branch) and its own Google listing. Recorded: cleaning, filling, crown and implant prices; panoramic X-ray and CBCT imaging; named specialists; a non-binding first exam; no WhatsApp/LINE; no pediatric dentistry; hours to 20:00 on Monday-Tuesday; Facebook presence, structured data and dedicated service pages. Google rating 4.6 from 359 reviews, up from 357 on 2026-08-27, no recurring complaints or manipulation signs found. |
| 2026-09-09 | Sedation criterion re-read against methodology 1.4.0, which counts only general anaesthesia or deep intravenous sedation where the patient is asleep and unaware. The site publishes sedation with nitrous oxide (didušikov oksid); the patient stays awake, so it does not meet the general-anaesthesia or asleep-and-unaware bar. The value moves from true to false: what this practice offers is published, and it is not sleep dentistry. |
| 2026-08-27 | Initial data collection for the Slovenia Dental Transparency & Trust Index: verified via zobozdravstvo-diamant.si, Google Maps, and the Zdravniška zbornica Slovenije public dentist register. |
